Trevor Sprague
Trevor Sprague will oversee both the Integrated and Female U18 AAA teams in Northern B.C. Sprague has been involved in hockey in the north for over 30 years and has spent the last 15 years working with teams in the BCEHL. He is entering his ninth season as the general manager of the Cariboo Cougars and fifth as the general manager of the Northern Capitals. Sprague coached in Prince George for over 20 years before moving to the management side of the game.
During his coaching and management career Sprague has won two provincial titles with the Cariboo Cougars’ U18 AAA team. Sprague is also a key driver behind the annual BC Hockey Winter Classic event that is held in Northern B.C. each winter.
U18 AAA

Tyler Brough
Tyler Brough began his coaching career in the 2013-14 season. He is entering his 10th season with the Cariboo Cougars program. His career coaching highlight is his first championship as head coach, in the 2017-18 season with the U18 AAA Cariboo Cougars.
During his playing days Brough won a National Junior A Championship with the Fort McMurray Oil Barons of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) where he scored the game-winning goal. His stick and gloves from that game were taken to the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto.
U17 AAA

Jason Garneau
In his second season in the BCEHL, Jason Garneau assumes head coaching duties with the U17 Cariboo Cougars. Garneau brings an extensive background to the Cougars, with over 30 years coaching at the junior hockey and minor hockey level.
Garneau is originally from Prince George and played his minor hockey with Prince George Minor Hockey Association.
U15 AAA

Mirsad Mujcin
Mirsad Mujcin is in his seventh-year coaching in the BCEHL. He believes that the BCEHL is beneficial to many young players in northern BC and has allowed them to play a higher caliber of hockey, while also allowing them to develop new friendships within the game they love.
Mujcin was born in Yellowknife, NT. During his playing days he was forced to move away to Edmonton to pursue playing AAA youth hockey. After his youth hockey days, he went on to play in the Western Hockey League and the ECHL. He is a certified collision repair technician and now is a shop manager with Craftsman Collision.
